Ingredients:
140g Nuttelex
140g caster sugar
2 tsp ‘No egg’ in 60ml water
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Oat milk
1 ¼ cups SR flour
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
- Set up your patty cases and set aside (about 24)
- In a bowl (or in a stand mixer) cream the nuttelex and caster sugar together until light and fluffy
- Add ½ the ‘no egg’ mixture and beat well.
- Add the remaining ‘no egg’ mixture and beat well.
- Add the vanilla and milk, beat well
- Finally add the SR flour and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into your prepared patty cases
- Place them in the oven until cooked and a skewer comes out clean when inserted. (About 12-15 minutes)
- Place the cakes on a cooling rack to cool completely before icing.
