¼ - ½ cup Dijon (or any) mustard,
¼ cup of honey,
1 tbs apple cider vinegar,
Chicken thighs
Method:
- Mix the marinade ingredients together well.
- Add your chicken thighs. (The marinade goes quite a long way, so you could probably add up to a kilo of chicken)
- Leave it to marinate for 20-30 min
- Bake for 30-40 minutes on 180 degrees, until its golden brown. Turn a few times during cooking. Adjust the cooking time depending on the size of the chicken thighs.
