Ingredients:

¼ - ½ cup Dijon (or any) mustard,

¼ cup of honey,

1 tbs apple cider vinegar,

Chicken thighs


Method:


  •  Mix the marinade ingredients together well.
  • Add your chicken thighs. (The marinade goes quite a long way, so you could probably add up to a kilo of chicken)
  •  Leave it to marinate for 20-30 min 
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes on 180 degrees, until its golden brown. Turn a few times during cooking.  Adjust the cooking time depending on the size of the chicken thighs.
