Passionfruit Chia Pudding

Ingredients:


2 cups Coconut  milk (I used Coco quench)

¾ cup chia seeds

170g  tin of passionfruit pulp


Method:


  • Add all of the ingredients together into a medium sized bowl
  • Stir thoroughly
  • Leave uncovered for about half an hour until the pudding has started to thicken (stirring every now and again)
  • Place into small containers (or 1 large one) and refrigerate.
     

I top this with some fresh mango pieces – Delish!
