- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper and set aside
- Cream the nuttelex and sugar together until the mix is light and creamy
- Add the 'no egg' and water and mix thoroughly
- Add the baking powder and rice milk and mix again
- Add the mashed banana and.... mix again
- Finally, add the SR flour and mix, just until everything comes together and looks thick
- Pour into the prepared loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees (C) until a skewer comes out clean, approximately an hour.
- Let cool in the tray for about 10 minutes before removing and placing on a wire rack to finish cooling.
(It is really delish warm though!!!)
